Hedley Finance ship all orders from USA. We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Please be advised – We cannot priority ship to PO Boxes – needs to be a physical address.
On average, the order is produced and shipped from our facility 15 – 28 business days after purchase with standard shipping.
Cut-off time is the time by which customer needs to place your order for it to begin processing on the same day.
The default time will be 8:00 am EST.
Note: Since orders placed after the cutoff will not begin processing until the next business day, customers who miss the cutoff will see an extra business day added to your delivery estimate.
- Holding time: All orders are hold for 1 business days. Customers can make any changes or cancel orders during this time.
- Production time: We need 7-10 business days to process orders as our products are made to order.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. Orders placed in weekends may slightly delay since we don’t operate in the weekend.
- Production delay: We want you to know that we are always trying our best to deliver items to customers as soon as possible. However, there are always unpredictable events that hold us back. In this case, we will have announcement for production time in these cases.
- Free Shipping: Usually arrives in 38 – 50 business days.
- Standard Shipping : Usually arrives in 23 – 35 business days.
- Express Shipping : Usually arrives in 8 – 18 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Date is calculated as “maximum handling days + maximum transit days.” Estimated delivery date is calculated using days, and also takes order cutoff time into account.
- Free Shipping: Usually arrives in 45 – 60 business days.
- Standard Shipping : Usually arrives in 30 – 45 business days.
- Express Shipping : Usually arrives in 15 – 28 business days.
Tracking status: Tracking number will be sent to customers after items are transferred to carriers. Customers can go to provided tracking link to follow their packages 48 hours after they received notification emails.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3 – 4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
We don’t have tax nexus in the Rest of World.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified (With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.)

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we made a size chart in each product page.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours (Holding Time) to contact firstname.lastname@example.org and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
At Hedley Finance, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual!
But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items. All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at email@example.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 60 days after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries, stolen packages.)
Returns & Refund
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
To return your items, you should firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that you will take responsibility for paying the shipping costs to return.
Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
**Please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered.
